Green Bay Dressed Beef LLC and OFCCP Settle Gender Discrimination Case

On February 3, 2011, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL)’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) announced that Federal contractor Green Bay Dressed Beef LLC (Green Bay) has agreed to settle a gender discrimination case for $1.65 million in back pay, interest and benefits to 970 women who were rejected for general labor positions at the company’s plant in Green Bay, Wisconsin, in 2006 and 2007.
